To run Robbo Scratch 3 application you need to make the following steps: 

1. Create the folder somewhere in you home directory and copy all files from the archive to this folder. 
2. Go to "Customize and Contol Chrome (Chromium)" in the top right corner.
3. Click "More tools". And then "Extensions". 
4. Click checkbox "Developer mode". 
5. Click "Load unpacked extension" and choose the folder from step 1. 
6. Turn off checkbox called "Collect errors" if it exists. 
7. Then click "Launch".
